New Month, New Mood, Same Great Food
Hello again! It’s been a while.
Since we last posted, a lot has happened. Primarily, elated™ was given the exciting possibility of becoming a brick-and-mortar addition to the Wynwood scene, here in Miami. However, after much hard work, planning, meetings, and money, we’ve decided to put a pause on that project. Needless to say we were disappointed. We wanted nothing more than to serve you and see your reaction in real-time. But, we believe that everything happens for a reason, and right now, that reason is this: we still have all our excitement, recipe ideas, and new concepts, and we need a place to put them! So, instead of B&M, we’re going to digitally dish you elated™ content fresh out our kitchen. Find us here as a #FirstFriday of the month post where we highlight what we’re feeling for the four weeks ahead. In these posts we’ll ‘introduce’ a food-item and tell you all about why it’s making us feel good! You’ll learn how to use it, and probably get a couple unsolicited anecdotes on the side.
If that wasn’t enough, starting 3/1, you’ll be able to spend #HappyHour with us during the week! Follow us on Instagram @get.elated, and every weekday at 5pm see what edible elements and culinary concepts are keeping us happy, we’ll even throw in a cooking video/story for an extra special #HumpdayHappyHour to get you over the hump and through the rest of your week.
